It is the policy and practice of the Knoxville Police Department’s Public Information Office to be as open, accurate and accessible to members of the media as possible. 

Media inquiries can be addressed to either Communications Manager Scott Erland at serland@knoxvilletn.gov or the Public Information Office’s general inbox at kpdcommunications@knoxvilletn.gov.
